“From 2003 – Aldente Trattoria Italiana” are the words inscribed on the sign at Vezenska 4, Prague; a trattoria inaugurated last May 19th, by an aficionado of Italian cooking, Antonio “Toni” Ciullo. Portions are generous and prices are quite good considering the quality of ingredients and sheer quantity of food.
